Tops Markets in Sanborn, NY is seeking a Full Time Assistant Carry Out Cafe Store #32 Manager to lead daily operations in the cafe, supervise staff, and ensure quality prepared foods. The role reports to the Carry Out Cafe Manager and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

The starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with pay levels determined by experience and labor contract seniority; the position emphasizes inventory control, ordering, and maintaining product

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer requests for freshly made products (i.e.: pizza, subs, chicken, salads)
• Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding prepared food operations, safety, and sanitation
• Maintain and enforce a “clean as you go” policy to ensure sanitary conditions at all times
• Assist in the achievement of financial goals such as sales gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense
• Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product
• Follow all store Shrink guidelines with regard to keeping track of all discards
• Complete all necessary paperwork relating to Carry Out Cafe Department (i.e.: KLT, SIR380)
• Training and development of Carry Out Cafe associates
• Ensure proper temperatures and working condition of cases (hot and cold) as well as maintaining all equipment
• Follow direction of the Carry Out Cafe Manager and act in their place when absent
