Responsibilities

• Review and vet incoming carrier documents and route or redirect them to the correct internal teams.
• Research questions using several internal systems and follow up to gather missing information.
• Provide helpful and professional service by responding to carrier and broker inquiries through email and phone.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about assigned carriers, including payment timing, requirements, and account nuances.
• Keep records organized and updated in broker management systems.
• Partner with colleagues to support shared goals and adapt to shifting priorities.

About the Team

The Carrier Team includes Associates and Service Analysts who collaborate to support our insurance carriers and brokers. They review incoming documentation, route it to the right place, research questions, and provide helpful assistance by email and phone so the correct accounting teams have what they need.

As a Carrier Team Associate , you will become knowledgeable in the carriers or functions you support. Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $22.00- $26.50 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
