Job summary

Dynamic Logistix is seeking a Carrier Solutions Representative to procure and cultivate strategic carrier relationships for current and future freight needs. You will build carrier profiles, apply data-driven insights, and align capacity with market opportunities.

You will collaborate with operations, pricing, and sales to support customer success, monitor performance, and drive scalable improvements across the carrier network.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in Transportation industry preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sources, qualifies, and develops strategic carrier partners for current and future freight needs
• Builds and maintains accurate carrier profiles within company systems, ensuring data integrity and usability
• Applies data-driven insights and compliance requirements to evaluate, select, and maintain a high-performing carrier network
• Utilizes data, technology, and market insights to match carriers with optimal freight opportunities
• Develops long-term carrier relationships focused on performance, reliability, and mutual growth
• Identifies and connects carrier candidates for specific freight opportunities
• Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, pricing, sales, and customer teams to support customer success
• Supports strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale DLX’s carrier network
• Monitors carrier performance and market trends to proactively address capacity needs
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in the Transportation industry preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Physical dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, and office equipment; ability to access file cabinets and items stored at various levels, including overhead
• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in person, over the telephone, and in group settings
• Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
• Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, draw valid conclusions, and make sound decisions
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Able to lift up to 15lbs at times
