Job summary

IVANS Insurance Solutions is seeking a Manager for Solution Consulting to lead a team focused on carrier solutions. The role requires a strong background in P&C insurance, with responsibilities including coaching a team, engaging on strategic accounts, and delivering product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of insurance experience and a passion for consultative selling. Opportunity for remote work with up to 50% travel across the US is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C insurance carrier and/or MGA experience.
• 3+ years of Solution Consulting, pre-sales or sales engineering experience.
• Experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Carrier Solution Consultants.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations for carrier solutions.
• Engage on strategic carrier accounts to support critical deals.
• Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to document requirements.

Skills

P&C insurance carrier experience

Solution Consulting or pre-sales experience

API fluency with REST APIs

Strong presentation skills

Professional written and verbal communication
