Responsibilities

• Document all carrier interactions and load updates accurately in company systems.

We are seeking a Carrier Services Representative with experience in carrier communication, transportation support, and issue resolution. You will be part of a Carrier Services team responsible for supporting carriers, monitoring load activity, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment updates. You will be involved in managing delayed load communications, documenting carrier interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in customer service, problem-solving, and transportation operations support. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or a related field.

Detail-oriented. You carefully document information, track load activity, and ensure systems and records are accurate and up to date.

You Will:

Must Have’s:

High School Diploma or GED required

1-3 years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or a related support role

Experience communicating professionally via phone and email

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to work independently with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors

Nice to Have’s:

Auction or vehicle transportation industry experience

Experience working with carrier or logistics management systems
