HUB International is seeking a Carrier Team Service Analyst to support insurance carrier relationships within our Accounting & Finance function. You'll manage escalations, verify documentation, and provide accurate information to internal teams.

The role emphasizes research-based assignments, professional communication, and collaboration across brokers and carriers to improve processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of servicing or support experience.
• Professional certificate in business or related field, or degree preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a proactive approach to ownership.
• Excellent email and phone communication.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research and manage escalations, including carrier assistance requests and missing or incomplete commission documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to provide current information to accounting teams.
• Collaborate with team members on complex assignments.
• Identify trends or recurring challenges and share insights for process improvement.
• Deliver high level of service with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
