Carrier Sales Representative - Burr Ridge, IL or Tinley Park, IL

Carrier Sales is an entry-level position with no college degree required
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain strong and profitable relationships with truckload carriers and suppliers throughout North America using Circle’s history with over 100,000 trucking companies
- Dispatch carriers on customer orders, ensuring all requirements are relayed to our partners
- Ensure enhanced visibility initiatives are prioritized
- Positively and proactively communicate potential issues/escalations to the appropriate parties
- Work together with a team of your peers to ensure we provide No-Fail service to every customer
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team, while also focusing on individual accomplishments
- Be a goal setter, people who set goals consistently achieve/surpass them
- Be coachable, we will train you on everything you need to know for the job
- Be ready, willing, and able to learn new things!
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

- $20-$22 per/ hour with per load bonus plan
