Job summary

Fusion Transport, a leading logistics provider, seeks a Carrier Sales Representative for our Westchester, IL office. This onsite role requires knowledge of freight brokerage and carrier vetting, with an emphasis on building carrier relationships and ensuring compliant operations.

The starting annual rate is $50,000+ with opportunities for growth. This is a Monday–Friday, in-office position focused on scheduling, tracking, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in freight/logistics or operations.
• Experience using a TMS system (Mercury Gate, DAT, Carrier411) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform freight services in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules with shippers, carriers, dispatchers and customers.
• Monitor routes and backhaul opportunities to optimize costs.
• Track shipment status and maintain accurate records.
