The Carrier Relations Leader reports to the Head of Sales and is responsible for the overall health, leadership, and management of our Carrier relationships. This position is responsible to develop programs that are aligned with the organizations mission, vision and values that drive opportunities to create and access new revenue opportunities through IFG’s carrier portfolio. The Carrier Relations Leader will work cross functionally internally and externally to accomplish IFG’s corporate goals and objectives.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$124,100 - $169,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan.
