Proficient Auto Logistics (PAL) is seeking a Contracted Carrier Compliance Coordinator to vet and oversee third‑party carriers across auto haul and transportation operations from our PAL family. You will ensure adherence to contractual, customer, regulatory, safety, and insurance standards while identifying risks and maintaining data accuracy.

You will partner with Operations, Safety, and Legal to resolve questions, monitor compliance, and implement corrective actions.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Safety‑related field.
• 7+ years of work experience and 5+ years in transportation preferred.

Mansioni

• Vet third‑party carriers for compliance with contractual, customer, and regulatory requirements (FMCSA/DOT).
• Onboard and continuously vet subhaulers, reviewing authority, insurance, and safety status.
• Monitor, report, and correct carrier performance to reduce cargo claims and risk.
• Collaborate with Operations and Legal to support onboarding transitions and risk mitigation.
• Prepare data‑driven reports on carrier performance and compliance for leadership.
