Job summary

ACERTUS in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Carrier Compliance Coordinator to ensure carriers meet safety and insurance standards while supporting daily operations.

You will resolve carrier and driver issues, coordinate with internal teams to minimize risk, and act as a primary contact for carriers and stakeholders. The role emphasizes timely support, data accuracy for carrier records, and collaboration on special projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Some experience with order entry or administrative role in transportation/logistics is preferred.
  • Some experience with customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, onboard, and integrate carriers into the transportation management system in accordance with procedures.
  • Provide phone coverage, triage calls, and route inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Verify and maintain carrier compliance with insurance and safety requirements using DOT and FMCSA data.
  • Respond to inbound driver calls regarding EPOD-related issues, delivering timely resolutions.
  • Communicate professionally with carriers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate carrier records and ensure data integrity in internal systems.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

The Carrier Compliance Coordinator ensures carriers meet safety and insurance requirements while supporting daily operations. This role resolves carrier and driver issues, collaborates across teams to reduce risk, and serves as a key point of contact for both carriers and internal stakeholders. The role also focuses on delivering timely support and maintaining accurate carrier records.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation: $21/hr

$500 Sign-on Bonus!!!

  • Qualify, onboard, and integrate carriers into the transportation management system in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide phone coverage, triage incoming calls, and route inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Verify and maintain carrier compliance with insurance and safety requirements using DOT and FMCSA data.
  • Respond to inbound driver calls regarding EPOD-related issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
  • Communicate professionally with carriers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate carrier records and ensure data integrity within internal systems.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
