Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers while expanding your carrier base through sourcing
• Work alongside the Customer Sales team to develop carrier bases for current and new business
• Track and trace booked loads, updating our internal TMS and the sales rep.
• Negotiate and quote rates with carriers
• Keep up to date in seasonal market trends
• Utilize software tools to negotiate and track carrier rates
• Create carrier leads through both warm and cold calls

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment preferred
