Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning & Restoration Technician in Texas to deliver residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services. You will advance through certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, MRS, and FSRT while earning a competitive wage and potentially performance-based bonuses.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), basic math and computer skills, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or GED).
• Math skills: Adequate math skills to determine equipment type and number of units.
• Computer skills: Basic proficiency with computers, email, and devices used to report daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, or related specialty cleaning (e.g. mold, water, tile & grout, upholstery).
• IICRC certificates highly desired.
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services; opportunities to gain Mold Mitigation, Water Damage, and other restorations certifications.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance; inspect completed work.
• Complete daily logs and Work Orders.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Willing to learn and work with new equipment and technology; uphold company standards.
