Job summary

M+A Matting in Georgia is seeking a shift associate to help operate the carpet production line. You will neatly stack carpet on pallets, move full pallets with a pallet jack, and assist the lead with any issues that arise during the shift.

Qualified candidates have a GED/high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. The role requires overtime, flexibility for 5–6 days per week, and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Stack carpet on pallets in a back-and-forth pattern.
• Use pallet jack to move full pallets; replace empty pallets as needed.
• Assist lead with issues that occur during the shift.
• Help with line start-up and machine cleaning as required.
• Maintain proper finished goods and raw material inventory.
