Job summary

Stark Carpet Corporation is seeking an Order Puller for our Calhoun, GA location. The role supports cutting carpet orders and ensures timely fulfillment in a full-time shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, verifying quality, labeling, packing, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Bonus available up to $1,000 within the first year.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications.
• Basic math and computer skills for recordkeeping and labeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards.
• Use measuring tools, visual checks, and other methods to verify product quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate supervisor.
• Package approved products neatly and securely for shipment or storage.
• Label packaging accurately according to customer or internal specifications.
• Follow safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training new team members on quality and packing procedures as needed.
