Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. in Chatsworth, GA is hiring for a Roll Wrapper LTO DRD on 1st shift (8 am–4 pm). The role supports loading, wrapping and labeling carpet rolls for shipping, working closely with cutting crews and ensuring safe operation of lift equipment.

You have a high school diploma or GED, lift truck certification, and ability to pass an eye exam. RF-AS400 experience and basic English/maths are required; training is provided and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift truck certification required or obtainable.
• Able to pass eye exam.
• RF-AS400 experience.
• Reads/writes in English; basic math.
• Complete on-the-job and safety training.
• Stand 2/3 of shift; overhead reach.
• Lifting up to 100 lbs; rolls up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely per JSA.
• Perform pre-operational safety checks and vehicle inspection.
• Work with cutting crews.
• Label restock items properly.
• Wrap rolls; typical throughput 50–60 rolls/hour.
• Load/unload pads or materials not designed for forks.
• Be open to lift truck operator training and cross-training as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
