Bass Pro Shops’ White River Marine Group is seeking a boat assembler to join its production team. The role involves assembling and installing locks, hinges, rub rails, carpet, trim and other components while moving boats along the production line with support from teammates.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable using hand tools, air tools and cordless drills. Light to moderate lifting and varied physical tasks are required in a fast-paced environment.
Assembly is the part of the production process that is critical to the structural integrity of the boat. This operation assembles and installs the various parts of the boat using adhesives and mechanical fasteners.
