Bass Pro Shops is seeking an assembler for boat production to join the team in the manufacturing process. The role focuses on assembling and installing various boat components using adhesives, fasteners, and wiring harnesses as part of the production flow.
The position requires basic mechanical skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the stamina to perform light to moderate lifting and standing for extended periods.
Assembly is the part of the production process that is critical to the structural integrity of the boat. This operation assembles and installs the various parts of the boat using adhesives and mechanical fasteners.
Builds and installs locks, hinges, rub rails, carpet, trim, and various other boat components. Moves boats through production line with assistance from other assemblers. Performs maintenance and general housekeeping. Installs wiring harnesses. All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability and skill to properly use hand tools, air tools, cordless drills, etc. Basic mathematical skills. Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
