Qualifications

• Experience in construction or carpentry preferred (0–2 years).
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Must perform labor-intensive tasks with physical stamina.
• Adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Experience in indoor modular construction environments.
• Exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
• Work on concrete floors and elevated platforms.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of materials and tools.
• PPE: gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with cutting, measuring, and assembling structural components.
• Load, unload, and transport lumber, panels, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Carry, position, and hold materials during installation.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Support setup of scaffolding, ladders, and platforms.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Assist in inspecting materials and completed work for quality and accuracy.
