The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing additions, decks, and screen rooms, strong knowledge of blueprints

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing the building of additions, decks and screen rooms
• Knowledge of blueprints, county codes, electrical and framing
• Ability to complete small punch out tasks as needed
• Proven experience in carpentry and construction project management
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for carpentry projects
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and construction workers on-site
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
