DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Carpentry Group in Olathe, KS.

You will oversee carpentry projects from planning through completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, and submittals are effectively managed to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with General Contractors and other stakeholders, maintain schedules, monitor expenditures, and guide teams to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and submittals.
• Strong partnership skills with General Contractors and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of carpentry projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules by working with General Contractors and Contractors.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, addressing issues during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all submittals are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure project specifications are met.
