DH Pace Company in Olathe, KS is seeking a Project Manager for our Carpentry Group. You will oversee planning, execution, and completion of carpentry projects, managing budgets, timelines, submittals, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration with General Contractors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and submittals.
• Strong partnership skills with General Contractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate carpentry projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with general contractors.
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensure submittals are completed accurately and on time.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure project specifications are met.
