Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on doors, hardware, walls, ceilings, casework, finishes, and other architectural components throughout the hospital.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and complete repairs, installations, and modifications to support patient care and infrastructure improvements.
• Respond to facility service requests and urgent maintenance while minimizing disruption to patient care and hospital operations.
• Document completed work and maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
