Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of carpentry, construction, or building maintenance experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot building conditions and work independently within competencies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to develop skills in other trades.
• Valid Vermont driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on doors, hardware, walls, ceilings, casework, finishes, and other components.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and complete repairs and modifications to support patient care.
• Respond to facility service requests while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Document completed work and maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
