Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance on boilers, pumps, compressors, and fans.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and comfort of buildings and equipment.
• Read blueprints and repair instructions; diagnose and resolve issues with guidance as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance and safety calls; collaborate with team and other departments.
