Job summary

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.

We are seeking motivated individuals for Carpentry Installer-In-Training in Colorado Springs. The role supports Installers with installation tasks, demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction, and requires operating a company vehicle and tools safely.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle safely.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive manner.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional fashion to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.

Carpentry Installers-In-Training assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

• Hourly pay of $15.50 - $18 per hr - based on experience
