Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training in installing custom closets, home offices, and garage systems, with potential to advance to Lead Installer.

As an Apprentice, you will support Lead Installers, learn safe installation practices, and develop strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

This position is a great way to start a career in this industry. We are looking for individuals that are ready to learn and will eventually become Lead Installers on our team, which can result in the ability to earn $60-90K / year once established as a lead installer. Installer Apprentices assist our Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Installers are required to operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
