Closets By Design in Maryland is seeking an enthusiastic Installer to join our locally owned franchise. You will install custom closets and cabinets in customers' homes, following provided drawings and using hand and power tools safely.

The role emphasizes reliable, punctual performance, strong communication with customers, and teamwork. Training is provided; candidates must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Requirements
