Job summary

Closets By Design Minneapolis is looking for a Carpentry/Installer to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and responsible for the installation of a variety of home organizing systems. Responsibilities include following instructions for setup, operating company vehicles safely, and maintaining a clean job site. Experience in closet or garage installation is preferred. Benefits include health insurance and a structured work schedule, without weekends or overtime.

Qualifications

• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Demonstrate commitment to client satisfaction in a friendly and professional manner.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.

Job Responsibilities

• We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer.
• Carpentry Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
• Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
• Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Requirements
