Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry Install Assistant to support installers in safe, high‑quality installations across our line of custom closets and home systems. You will communicate details to clients in a professional, friendly manner and help ensure projects stay productive and accurate.

Responsibilities include operating the company vehicle and tools safely, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred experience with closet, garage, or office installation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with safe, high‑quality, productive installations.
• Communicate necessary details to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
