Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking Carpentry/Installer Helpers to support Installers in delivering high-quality installations across our home organization systems. You will assist with mounting, assembly, and safe handling of products, while communicating professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, paid training, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required; tools and equipment are provided

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive fashion.
• Communicate with clients in a genuinely friendly and professional manner.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
