Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper in Kansas City, KS to assist Installers with installing our custom closets and home organization products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.

This role offers benefits including 401(k) and paid time off, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or overtime, and hands-on training. Tools and equipment are provided, with opportunity for advancement within a nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, and productive fashion.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicle and tools safely.
• Support project teams to maintain efficiency and profitability.

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
