Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with product installation in a safe, high-quality manner. The role emphasizes client satisfaction and professional communication.

Qualified candidates should have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and strong organizational and communication skills. They will operate company vehicles and tools safely, supporting the team in a fast-paced home installations environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive manner.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe and responsible way.
• Support installation team to ensure client satisfaction and timely completion.

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
