Job summary

MITER Brands in Venice, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician III with strong mechanical and carpentry skills to perform renovations and routine upkeep across the facility.

You will inspect equipment, execute preventive maintenance, document activities, and work with suppliers and contractors to support continuous improvement; this role offers stable hours, overtime, and a path to higher-level positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance and remodeling experience.
• Capable of independently completing projects with quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, and flooring.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and remodeling including framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, and painting.
• Inspect buildings and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Execute preventive maintenance and document work orders and materials.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts and maintains tool safety.
• Coordinate with team and contractors to complete projects.
