Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance/remodeling experience.
• Trade school certification preferred; HS diploma considered with relevant experience.
• Understanding of industrial electricity and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MRO processes and safety regulations (LOTO, PPE).

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance and remodeling projects (framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, painting).
• Ensure safety, document activities, and maintain MRO records.
• Inspect buildings and systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Operate forklifts/scissor lifts and maintain equipment safety.
• Collaborate with teams and outside contractors on projects.
