Metro Construction & Remodeling, Inc. is seeking a Carpenter Assistant to join our Vancouver, WA team. This hands-on role supports carpentry tasks on residential and light commercial projects, working with a motivated crew to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience.
• Willing to learn and grow your skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform small to medium carpentry repairs on homes and businesses remodeling projects
• Carry out demolition work as directed by the Project Manager
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
• Assist in managing daily schedules and project timelines
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and customers about job progress
