We\'re looking for hands-on workers who want to grow into skilled carpenter roles, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to a team that values reliability, attitude, and effort. This is a full-time, on-site position with steady, year-round work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or carpentry experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a carpenter role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Team-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Learn carpentry skills and construction best practices through hands-on training.
• Contribute to projects being completed on time and with quality craftsmanship.
