These positions are expected to work a schedule of six 10‑hour shifts per week (6/10 schedule). Based on project demands and operational needs, employees may also be assigned to a swing shift schedule.
Primary responsibilities include fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems, as well as placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects.
Responsibilities include performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities. Experience working with concrete batch plants is a plus. This role also includes assisting other skilled crafts on the project and performing additional duties.
Function is to be able to safely operate types of equipment but not limited to excavators, skid steers, loaders, and forklifts. The operator must have good operational skills to be able to produce high‑volume, quality work in a safety‑conscious work environment. The operator must be able to work with foremen and laborers to produce quality work in high‑volume, time‑sensitive conditions.

$36.90 – $50.74 (DOE) base wage, Prevailing Wage + Zone Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
