McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction to join our growing construction division! This position requires travel throughout Southern Central states. The Project Manager will report to our Operations Manager and be responsible for managing heavy civil jobs ranging from $5M to $75M. The role includes planning, directing, coordinating, budgeting, and overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. The individual will also participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee project‑specific organization, scheduling, and implementation, including hard bid, CM, and Design‑Build.
Your initial project assignment will be located in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
