West Shore Home is seeking a Carpenter Trainee in Nashville, TN to support installations of windows and exterior doors. The role requires arriving early, loading materials, traveling to homes, and performing precise carpentry work while ensuring a 5-star customer experience.

The position emphasizes hands-on learning with tools and safety SOPs, and comes with comprehensive benefits and paid training. Applicants should have basic tool knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a strong learning drive.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
