Credible Construction LLC in Dover, NH is seeking a dependable helper to assist our Lead Carpenter on active remodel projects. This full-time field role focuses on cleanup, demo, material staging, and hands-on carpentry support at client homes.

You will join a design-build kitchen and bath remodeling team, work on schedule, and report to the Lead Carpenter. We provide mentorship, paid holidays, 40 hours PTO after 90 days, health insurance eligibility after 90 days, and an IRA with company match.

Qualifikationen

• Driver's license with clean record is required.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for full shifts.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow directions.
• Prior construction, demo or labor experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic tool familiarity is a plus, training provided.

About the Role

Credible Construction is a design-build kitchen and bath remodeling company based in Dover, NH. We're looking for a dependable helper to support our Lead Carpenter on active remodel projects - cleanup, demo, material staging, and hands‑on carpentry assistance. This is a full-time field role, not a shop or office position.

What You'll Do

• Meet the Lead Carpenter at job sites daily, on schedule
• Job site cleanup and debris removal, start to finish of each project
• Demo work - tear‑out, disposal, site prep
• Material and tool staging/setup for the day's work
• Assist with hands‑on carpentry tasks as directed (cabinetry, trim, general finish work)
• Load/unload materials and run occasional supply pickups
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and presentable - our clients live in these homes during the work

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (see screening standard below) - reliable transportation to job sites required
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand/kneel/climb for full shifts
• Punctual and dependable - job sites run on a schedule, and a no-show affects the whole crew
• Comfortable taking direction and working under an experienced carpenter
• Basic tool familiarity a plus, not required - we'll train the right person
• Prior construction, demo, or labor experience preferred but not mandatory
