Job summary

Credible Construction is a design-build kitchen and bath remodeling company based in Dover, NH. We're looking for a dependable helper to support our Lead Carpenter on active remodel projects — cleanup, demo, material staging, and hands-on carpentry assistance.

This is a full-time field role, not a shop or office position. You will meet the Lead Carpenter at job sites, help with setup, perform demo and finishing tasks, and keep sites safe for clients living in the homes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record; reliable transportation to job sites.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/kneel/climb for full shifts.
• Punctual and dependable; schedules drive the crew.
• Able to take direction from an experienced carpenter.
• Basic tool familiarity is a plus; training provided.
• Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet the Lead Carpenter at job sites daily, on schedule.
• Job site cleanup and debris removal, start to finish of each project.
• Demo work - tear-out, disposal, site prep.
• Material and tool staging/setup for the day's work.
• Assist with hands-on carpentry tasks (cabinetry, trim, finish work).
• Load/unload materials and run occasional supply pickups.
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and presentable as clients live in homes.
