Responsibilities

• Maintenance and new construction for FM Department.
• Framing floors, walls and roofs; drywall hanging and repair.
• Roofing installation and window/door replacements.
• Reading blueprints and designs to specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work sites.
• Collaborate with management, coworkers and outside contacts.
