Job summary

The High Companies seeks a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the Lancaster area. This role focuses on hands-on carpentry including safety railings, doors/frames, rough framing, and finish carpentry while tracking subcontractor manpower, documenting progress, and managing punch lists on active projects.

Expected work schedule is five days a week, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with occasional Saturdays and overtime based on business demand. Travel to job sites is required, with a mileage and per diem policy.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of carpentry experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Proper and safe use of hand tools to perform required duties.
• Ability to adhere to written and verbal instructions for proper installation of materials.
• Understanding of safety procedures and applying procedures in work and environment.
• Ability to perform work with minimal supervision.
