Job summary

Congress Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Laborer to join our team on commercial projects. This role supports a variety of tasks from framing to finish work and offers growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include site setup, material handling, and adhering to project schedules while maintaining a clean, safe job site. Must have 5+ years of carpentry experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools and materials
• Ability to read plans is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer driven environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with general carpentry tasks including framing, blocking, trim, and finish work
• Perform job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
• Support skilled trades and project teams as needed
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow direction from site supervisors and adhere to project schedules
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
