Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter for our Installation Team in the Phoenix area. This hands-on role focuses on building patio enclosures, pergolas, and retractable systems, following drawings from start to finish.

You will load and transport tools, operate hand and power tools, and ensure safe, clean, and professional job sites while collaborating with customers and the Project Manager. Growth opportunities include crew leadership and production bonuses.

Qualifications

• Construction, carpentry, or installation experience required.
• Journeyperson Carpenter preferred; 3rd/4th year apprentices considered.
• Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and work pride.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install custom outdoor structures (patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, retractable screens).
• Read drawings, measurements, and installation plans.
• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.
• Communicate with customers and represent the company.
• Work with Project Manager to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Train and support other crew members as needed.
