Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; construction trade training a plus.
• 3–5 years in home improvement / carpentry / window installation preferred.
• Proficient in taking measurements with a tape measure and angles.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers' homes accurately for installations.
• Repair and service windows, siding and sunrooms as needed.
• Order and tracks repair / installation services.
• Assist Management reporting and communication, as requested.
• Interacts with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs.
• Safely performs all aspects of the job in compliance with laws.

As a Carpenter / Measure Technician, you will be responsible for accurately measuring the customer’s home for installations and being responsible for completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
