Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician to join our Durham-area team. You will measure on customer sites, perform repairs to windows, siding, and sunrooms, and help coordinate repair and installation services with the management team.

This is a full-time W-2 role with a truck provided and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of home improvement/construction experience, strong math and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years in home improvement / construction involving carpentry, roofing and window installation.
• Experience with a brake and other hand tools such as a utility knife and hammer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Measures for products at customer homes.
• Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms.
• Orders and tracks repair / installation services.
• Assists management reporting and communication as requested.
• Safely performs all aspects of the job in compliance with laws.
