Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to join our Property Team in Horsham, PA. The role supports 20+ campus buildings with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of carpentry experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Full benefits available, including health and 403b with employer match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma and 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
• Be able to utilize and work off extension ladder.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Clear Background check and Child Abuse Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance and year-round upkeep of the camps.
• Identify and respond to environmental hazards.
• Dig, lift, load, and unload a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Follow Risk Management and Hazmat policies.
• Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and landscaping tasks.
• Set up and maintain a child-safe working area during projects.
• Assist in fixing and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
