Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to support 20+ buildings across a large campus in Horsham, PA. The role covers carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance for year-round operations.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of carpentry or labor experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a team on diverse projects in outdoor and workshop settings. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5–7 years of carpentry or labor experience.
• Experience as a carpenter or laborer in construction.
• Familiarity with site safety protocols.
• Ability to work off an extension ladder.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and child abuse clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance and year-round upkeep of camps.
• Identify and respond to environmental hazards.
• Physically able to dig, lift, load, and unload 50 lbs or more.
• Follow Risk Management and Hazmat policies.
• Perform carpentry across framing, painting, and finishing trades.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe, child-safe work areas during projects.
• Assist with tool and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
